Piano Lessons

BMA Music offers piano lessons and keyboard lessons in Preston and Penwortham. Our Piano Tutors include Gareth Harding (Rockschool Examiner, Jim Askam (Rockschool Examiner), Gina Harrison, Stewart Hankinson, Kezia Taylor, Mariana Blackstone and Keith Harrison.

All our Piano tutors work at both the Broughton (Preston North),  Penwortham (Preston South) Academies and are able to teach pupils up to diploma standard in ABRSM examinations.

We currently have over 150 pupils for piano lessons with many taking ABRSM and Rockschool piano grades at our base in Preston, Lancashire. Our piano lessons are for ages 6+ with many adults also on BMA’s student lists.  Our Piano lessons can be specially catered to suit the needs of the individual. BMA Music also offers specialist song writing within the piano lessons and general rock/pop improvisation.

Piano Pupils also have the opportunity to perform in our Shows which take place twice a year at the Preston Playhouse, as well as taking part in various other shows and Festivals around Preston. Pupils also are encouraged to collaborate with our drum and guitar students for performances.

Our piano lessons take place Monday to Thursday at both our Broughton and Penwortham academies in Lancashire
